The Data Scientist (DS) is characterized in particular by the presence of both scientific
(knowledge of computer technologies, mathematics and statistics, competence in data processing) and human (curiosity,
communication, propensity to experiment, creativity, systematicity, the ability to adapt, the ability to learn quickly,
flexibility).
Although data science is one of the hottest and growing sectors of the economy, it is observed that this sector
is strongly segregated from the point of view of gender, in the sense that it is characterized by a prevalence of male
employees. Data science Sector has a dangerous gender gap. The project aims to intervene on this issue with the following objectives:
